Michael Raich Consulting was founded in late 2004 with more than 8 years experience in field sales, sales executive work and consulting for large and medium sized companies.

We advise our clients on how to improve their sales effort through efficient sales planning and controlling.

Our daily work ranges from sales strategy development and the set-up of new sales channels to the implementation of sales controlling systems to operational support and training with concepts like Solution Selling or Customer Centric Selling.

Our vision is to bring the same level of predictability and controllability to sales as it is exercised today in other management areas like accounting or production.
